These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.800one.com), platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Services.
  • Businesses using 800one.com must be duly registered and authorized to operate in their jurisdiction.

Account Registration

  • To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Service Use

800one.com provides Voice AI services for automating customer interactions ("Voice AI Services"). You are responsible for obtaining and configuring a phone number through a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio, Telnyx) to use with the Services. 800one.com does not provide phone numbers directly.

  • You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your third-party provider's terms.
  • Prohibited uses include using the Services without a properly configured third-party phone number, bypassing third-party provider requirements, unauthorized recording, spamming, violating telecommunications laws (e.g., TCPA), or uploading malicious content.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into the 800one.com messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description

800one.com sends transactional text messages to customers who have booked or inquired about appointments through our website or AI voice assistant. These messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

2. User Opt-In & Consent

Consent is obtained verbally through our AI Voice Assistant or via web forms. By providing your phone number and answering "Yes" to our assistant's request to send a text, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Typically, you will receive one (1) confirmation message and one (1) reminder message per appointment.

4. Opt-Out & Help

  • To Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-opt in.
  • For Help: Reply HELP to any message or email us at helpdesk@800one.com.

5. Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. 800one.com does not charge for this service.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Subscription and Payment

800one.com offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Growth, Agency). Pricing and features are detailed on our pricing page. Costs for third-party phone numbers (e.g., via Twilio, Telnyx) are not included in your subscription and are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • 800one.com retains all rights to its software, trademarks, and content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you upload for providing the Services.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard; no refunds are provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where feasible.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
  • 800one.com is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) or issues arising from your misuse of the Services.
  • Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, excluding conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
